I had to reach out to myskylight support for an issue, and to be fair, they did eventually get back to me and the answer actually helped. But seriously, the waiting was kind of annoying. It felt like every reply took just a little longer than it should have, and the back-and-forth dragged on more than I expected. Not a terrible experience, but not exactly impressive either.

I’ve been using the free version for now, and while a few features are locked, it still does what I need without any hassle. Setup was easy, and I didn’t feel confused trying to figure things out. I’m happy with it so far and will definitely keep using it...

We put this skylight in a few weeks ago when we were doing some updates to the upstairs room, mostly because that space always felt a little dark in the afternoon. So far, I’m impressed. The frame feels sturdier than I expected, and the whole thing just seems well made when you’re handling it. We’ve already had a couple rounds of heavy rain and some strong wind, the kind that usually has me checking windows just to be safe, and there have been no leaks or issues at all. The glass looks good and the seals seem clean and tight. I’m only giving it 4 stars because there was a small mark on one corner of the finish when it arrived, but it’s barely noticeable and not really worth making a fuss over. Overall, it feels durable and I think it should hold up well

The buttons are big, the setup was just really simple, and my mom figured it out fast.

I’ve actually found the meal planning feature really useful, and it makes me feel a lot more organized during the week. It’s nice not having to constantly think about what to cook next. The only thing that gets a little frustrating is when I want to make changes quickly and the editing process feels slower than I’d like. It still works well overall, but quicker edits would make it feel so much smoother.

I got Skylight thinking it would make keeping up with chores easier, but somehow it ended up feeling like one more thing to manage. The setup was kind of awkward, and the reminders weren’t as clear as I expected, so my kids kept missing things anyway. I kept wondering if I was doing something wrong or if it’s just not very smooth. For what it costs, I really thought it would be more helpful. Disappointed.

I’ve been using this for a bit and it feels slow and laggy. Apps take longer to open than I expected and even simple stuff like scrolling or switching screens has a delay. It’s not unusable but it gets annoying fast

I had a feeling the delivery wasn’t going to go smoothly, and unfortunately I was right. It showed up late, and when the box finally arrived, it was all smashed up. Just not a great experience overall

I mostly used Skylight to send family photos, it ended up being more of a hassle than I expected. Some pictures took ages to appear, a few never showed up at all, and the app was acting strange often. I had to resend the same photos multiple times, which got old fast. For something that’s supposed to make sharing memories easy, it kind of feels like they didn’t put much thought into how frustrating it can be when it doesn’t work.

I got this mainly so my kid could check her plans and chores without asking me a million times a day. It does look nice, but she gets confused tapping around, and some of the buttons aren’t very obvious to her. I really wish the kid side was simpler, with bigger text and fewer steps. The amount of help I still have to give is kind of ridiculous, since that was the whole point of getting it. It’s not terrible, but for us it just isn’t as kid-friendly as it should be.

The subscription feels fair for how much our family actually uses it. It’s not perfect, and there are a few things I’d like to see improved, but overall the value is solid enough that we’re planning to keep using it...

I’ve had a solid experience with it overall... it does what I need most of the time, and I’d call it reliable! Every now and then it glitches a bit, which can be annoying, but nothing too serious.

The touchscreen feels quick most of the time, really quick honestly. Every now and then there’s a tiny bit of lag, but it’s not a big deal and doesn’t really bother me much.

My Skylight screen started acting weird, so I ended up using the warranty. They did approve the replacement, which I was happy about, but the process moved slowly. Because I wasn’t getting clear updates, I had to follow up a couple times, and that got annoying. The replacement eventually showed up in good shape and it’s working fine now. I’d give it 3 stars because they did fix the issue, but the warranty process could definitely be smoother.

The order itself was totally fine, and everything showed up in good shape. I just wish I’d planned ahead more because the shipping was slower than I expected. I kept checking the tracking, but it barely updated for a few days, which was a little frustrating. Not a bad experience overall, just not something I’d count on if I needed it quickly

I bought this thinking it was finally going to be the thing that helped us get our family schedule under control, because between school stuff, sports, appointments, random reminders, and everything else, our calendar situation was starting to feel scattered. Unfortunately, it kind of just turned into one more thing I had to keep up with. I was still the person entering everything, checking it, reminding everyone to look at it, and then eventually texting reminders anyway because my kids never really paid attention to it and my husband seemed to forget it existed half the time.

It does look nice sitting on the counter, and I wanted to like it more than I actually did, but in real everyday use it didn’t make our routine any smoother or less stressful. For the price, I expected it to feel a lot more helpful and like something the whole family would naturally use, but that just didn’t happen for us. In the end, it didn’t solve the problem I bought it for, so I was disappointed.

The site is easy enough to look at and the calm colors are nice, but overall it feels kind of basic. Some pages seem a little empty and not very modern, so nothing really stands out. I also got a bit frustrated because the answers I found weren’t always consistent, which made it harder to trust what I was reading. It’s not a bad site visually, and it works fine, but I think it could use more personality and a more polished feel

I thought setting this up was going to be quick since the steps looked simple at first, but I kept getting stuck and had to redo things a few times. It works fine now, so that’s good, but the whole setup process was more frustrating than it needed to be. it felt preventable with clearer instructions or a better walkthrough

I like it overall, but I do kind of wish the screen was bigger. It’s fine for most things, I guess, but when I’m looking at photos, it feels a little cramped

The brightness is really great. Clarity is good too, though not totally perfect. Overall, I’m happy with it.
